Free Shipping
Action takes the hassle out of shipping your order. We will deliver your order FREE if
your sales total is $400 or more before sales tax. Our FREE SHIPPING service is available
to most of Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino
counties (view full list of cities). If your total is less than $400, we will be happy to deliver
your order for a nominal fee of $30 plus sales tax to most areas.

If you are outside of our local delivery area, your order will be shipped via common carrier
at the lowest possible price and the freight charges will be added to your invoice.

Shipping Lead Time
Our standard shipping lead time is 3-5 business days. If you have a special need or a
"rush" job, please let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment. We also offer C.O.D.
shipments on all orders. If you prefer to be billed on open account, we will process your
credit application in 7-14 business days. All open accounts are Net 30 days.

Damaged Items
We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped
by UPS or common carrier. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note any
damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not
reported at the time of deliver is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons
immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton and call
our customer service line (800-966-3999) immediately to request an inspection, initiate a
freight claim and obtain replacement parts if necessary
